Stress/Anxiety Reduction Class for Women:

This  course offering is a class in learning tools and techniques to greatly help reduce your stress and anxiety.   This is a stand alone class but this same class will be repeated again at a future date.

In this class we will learn ways to reduce stress and anxiety .  We will also explore the subject of hypnosis and how it will lead you on the path to self discovery, healing and change.  One of the techniques we will learn to greatly reduce stress is a short self- hypnosis process.   This practice can be used daily as powerful way to remain grounded, centered and balanced. Also learn 5 additional  powerful and effective ways to instantly calm yourself in the midst of a busy day.

You will also experience two guided healing hypnosis sessions to reduce anxiety/ stress and receive handouts as well as an autographed copy of the book: ‘Heart to Heart:The Path to Wellness.”  I am honored to be a contributing author to this series, that features 43 extraordinary true-life experiences written from the hearts and minds of inspiring authors, including  Dr. John Demartini and Bob Doyle ( both featured in the book and movie, The Secret)  This book will inspire you with the understanding that anything is possible.
