Self Hypnosis Training Workshop for Women:
This course offering is a training in self hypnosis which helps you learn to relax completely thus immediately reducing your stress. While in hypnosis you can easily imprint your subconsicous mind with positive messages.
In this workshop you will learn to easily achieve a hypnotic state and to write effective suggestions to achieve a goal. Self Hypnosis can be utilized to reach many goals in life such as: to relieve test anxiety, improve concentration, improve performance, relieve insomnia,reduce weight, reduce pain among other goals. Please come explore and discover the subject of hypnosis that will lead you on the path to self discovery, healing and change. Also learn three powerful and effective ways to instantly calm yourself in the midst of a busy day.
You will also experience two guided healing hypnosis sessions and receive handouts as well as an autographed copy of the book: ‘Heart to Heart:The Path to Wellness.” I am honored to be a contributing author to this series, that features 43 extraordinary true-life experiences written from the hearts and minds of inspiring authors, including Dr. John Demartini and Bob Doyle ( both featured in the book and movie, The Secret) This book will inspire you with the understanding that anything is possible.
