Welcome!

leavesSnnThank you for visiting the Women’s Therapeutic Center.  My center provides private hypnotherapy sessions to women, adolescents, and children.

Clients seek help in overcoming issues such as: generalized anxiety, fears , panic, depression, support during and post cancer diagnosis, chronic illness, test anxiety, insomnia, among other issues.

As a practical, interactive, solution-focused hypnotherapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.

Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.

As part of my practice, classes are offered on Self Hypnosis and presentations also offered on the subject of hypnotherapy , cancer support and healing chronic illness.

covers1Also, I now offer healing CDs as an addition to my practice which can be easily downloaded as well. A percentage of all proceeds from CD and mp3 purchases as well as class fees  benefits the House Of Ruth;  one of the Nation’s leading domestic violence centers, helping thousands of women and children find safety and security. You may visit House of Ruth’s website here: www.hruth.org/

I have had the privilege of helping many clients overcome longstanding issues and dysfunctional habit patterns. Hypnosis is a powerful and effective tool to empower individuals to transform their lives in positive and meaningful ways.

I look forward to hearing from you and offering any further information that may be needed.
Thank you,
Dr. Mary Sidhwani
